All visual artworks, designs, illustrations, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of 444 Design Corp and its founder Luc Nijman.

All rights are expressly reserved. No artwork, image, or portion thereof may be reproduced, copied, modified, published, transmitted, distributed, or exploited in any form or by any means without prior written permission from 444 Design Corp.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law, including claims for statutory damages and legal fees.

Usage Terms

This website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only. The downloading, screenshotting, or scraping of images for any purpose other than personal reference is strictly forbidden.

By accessing this site, you agree to respect the moral and economic rights of the author. All artworks are protected under international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention.

Each artwork is embedded with EXIF/IPTC/XMP metadata asserting copyright, authorship, and usage restrictions. Automated removal or alteration of this metadata is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international laws.

Every artwork and logo image published on this site carries embedded copyright metadata (EXIF, IPTC, XMP) including:

C2PA Cryptographic Provenance

Every still image on this site (artworks and logo assets) is cryptographically signed under the C2PA 2.1 (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) standard. Each file carries a verifiable manifest that proves:

  • Authorship — Created by Luc Nijman / 444 Design Corp
  • Authenticity — Signed with a private key held exclusively by 444 Design Corp
  • Non-AI origin — Manifest asserts c2pa.generativeAI: false
  • No AI training — Manifest asserts c2pa.ai.trainingMineral: false
  • Chain of custody — Every signature is timestamped and traceable to the certificate

Tampering with or removing C2PA manifests is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

Shop & Certificate of Authenticity

The Frames page offers two product lines: framed editions (numbered, supplied with a certificate of authenticity) and unframed prints. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; 444 Design Corp never stores or sees card details.

Each framed edition is permanently recorded in the authenticity database under its order number and artwork number. The buyer's email is stored only as a one-way SHA-256 hash — never in plaintext. Proof of ownership is shipped with the framed edition on a paper certificate and is never re-sent by email.
